I'm Sarah!
I’m a mother of two boys, a spiritual mentor, manifestation coach, a medicine woman, and the Priestess and steward of Oakland’s first Bufo Church, Altar of the Heart Church.
I’ve taught yoga and studied spirituality for nearly 20 years, but my deepest devotion is helping women reconnect to the God within and remember who they truly are.
My healing journey began in 2017 when I left my marriage with nothing but faith and part-time yoga work. I had no idea how I’d support my kids, but God showed me the way. I was led to a new home, unexpected income, and the work I was born to do.
Through therapy and plant medicine, I met the sweet little girl inside me who didn’t feel loved, safe or worthy. Caring for her became my sacred path.
In doing so, I found my calling: helping women trust themselves again, rewire their minds, and create lives that feel real and a true reflection of who they really are by learning how the Universe works to start manifesting their dreams.
My path hasn’t been easy!! I struggled so much bumping up against the programming of my mind.
But I learned along the way that we are the creators of our reality and the present moment is always a new beginning, because it truly is all that we have.
