You've done so much healing. So why are you still here?

You've done the therapy. Read the books. Sat in ceremony. Learned about your nervous system, your attachment patterns, your inner child, your conditioning.

And yet somehow, you still find yourself inside patterns you thought you'd already healed.

You know your worth... but still accept less than you desire in love.

You know what you need... but still abandon yourself to maintain connection.

You trust God... until life becomes uncertain and fear takes over.

You understand your patterns... and still find yourself repeating them.

And maybe the hardest part isn't even the pattern anymore.

It's the shame of still being here after everything you've already done.

Because you're self-aware. You're wise. You may already be the woman other people come to for support.

You might even be holding space, leading, coaching, healing or serving others while privately wondering:

How the am I still struggling with this?

Why can't I get myself out of something I understand so deeply?

Who am I to lead anyone when this is what's happening in my own life?

Maybe you've started wondering if something is wrong with you. If the work stopped working. If you're actually as healed as you thought you were. If you're ever going to get to the other side of this.

You're not at the beginning of your healing journey. You've hit the plateau where knowing is no longer enough.

And this is where the real embodiment begins.

Imagine what becomes possible when you stop questioning everything you already know.

Imagine waking up and feeling at home in your own life.

You trust yourself to make the decision without needing five other people to tell you it's right.

You can feel fear without letting it choose for you.

You can love deeply without abandoning yourself to be loved.

You can set the boundary without spending the next three days wondering if you did something wrong.

You can move through uncertainty without immediately assuming everything is falling apart.

You can receive support without giving away your power.

You can let someone misunderstand you and still remain rooted in what you know is true.

You can hear the desire in your heart and actually follow it.

You stop waiting until you're completely healed, completely certain, completely fearless or completely ready to live.

And all of that energy that has been consumed by analyzing yourself, fixing yourself and questioning yourself finally has somewhere else to go....

Into your relationships.Your creativity. Your work. Your leadership. Your joy. Your life.

Maybe your heart's vision is the book. The business. The relationship. The move. The body of work. The family.

The financial independence.

Or maybe you don't know exactly what you want yet, you just know the life you're living isn't all there is for you.

You don't have to know exactly what it looks like yet.

You need enough freedom inside yourself to hear what's actually yours and enough sovereignty to follow it.

The plateau isn't proof that your healing failed.

It's an invitation into a different stage of the journey.

There comes a point when another insight isn't going to create the shift. Another explanation of your childhood isn't going to create it. Another peak experience isn't going to create it.

Because eventually the work becomes:

Can I live what I know?

Can I stay connected to myself when the wound gets activated?

Can I trust God when I don't know what's going to happen?

Can I choose differently when the familiar pattern is screaming at me to come back?

Can I stop looking outside of myself for the answer and trust what I already know within me?

Can I show up as her now?

This is the initiation.

You are the medicine.

I know this place because I just walked through it again.

I’ve spent years doing this work.

Healing childhood wounds. Sitting in ceremony. Working with my nervous system. Learning how to stay with myself. Deepening my relationship with God.

I’ve coached other women through their darkest seasons. I’ve taught this work. I know the tools.

And recently, I found myself in one of the hardest seasons of my own life. Old wounds came roaring back. My external reality looked nothing like the vision I had been holding.

And suddenly, I was face-to-face with the same question so many deeply self-aware women eventually reach:

I know all of this… so why the fuck am I still here?

For a moment, I made where I was mean something about me....Maybe I had failed. Maybe I had gotten it wrong.
Maybe I wasn’t as embodied as I thought I was.

Until I realized:

This wasn’t another invitation to fix myself.

It was an invitation to finally live what I knew.

To stop looking outside myself for the thing that would make everything okay. To stay when fear came up. To meet the parts of me that still believed they weren’t safe without letting them decide what happened next. To trust God before I had proof. To choose who I was going to be while my external reality was still showing me the past.

This was embodiment.

Not knowing the teachings.

Not talking about the teachings.

Living them when life gave me every reason not to.

And something changed....I stopped seeing this season as evidence that I had failed and started seeing it for what it was:

An initiation into actually living everything I had spent years learning.

The Embodied Medicine Woman is the bridge from knowing to living.

You've already gathered so much awareness about yourself. You understand your patterns. You know where many of them came from. You may even know exactly what you should do differently.

But knowing and living are two different things.

The Embodied Medicine Woman is a six month relational healing and embodiment mentorship where we work with the places your past is still showing up in your present, not so you can spend the rest of your life healing them, but so they stop deciding what happens next.

Together, we uncover what's actually underneath the patterns keeping you stuck, tend to the parts of you still responding from old wounds, and practice choosing differently when life activates you.

And then we turn toward your life.

What do you actually want?

How do you want to love?

How do you want to be loved?

What are you no longer willing to tolerate?

What wants to be created through you?

What is the vision God placed on your heart?

And what would it look like to start living it now, before the proof arrives?

Because this work isn't about becoming a more healed version of the woman you've always been.

It's about becoming sovereign enough to choose who you are now and free enough to bring your heart's vision to life.

Devotion: The Path to Peace Framework

Your wound is not your medicine. The wisdom you alchemize from it is.

The experiences that shaped you also taught you what to believe about yourself, love, safety, money, God, belonging,

and what's possible for your life.

And until you become conscious of what those experiences created within you,

you can keep recreating the past without realizing you're doing it.

Devotion: The Path to Peace is the six-stage healing and embodiment framework I use to help you understand what shaped you,

release what you're still carrying, reconnect with what your heart actually wants, and begin creating your life from the woman you consciously choose to be.

This is how healing becomes lived wisdom.

And how lived wisdom changes the way you love, choose, create, serve and lead.

ACCEPT

I stop fighting what is here and accept the Truth of who and what I AM.

FORGIVE

I release what keeps me bound to what happened.

EMPOWER

I see what the experience taught me to believe and how I've been creating from it.

ILLUMINATE

I reconnect with what my heart actually wants.

HEAL

I work with what is standing between me and that truth.

EMBODY

I live differently. I am her now.

Real Women. Real Transformation.

“I feel so much safer in my life.

I feel so safe, just as my baseline.”

" Sarah is a gift of a teacher and you are lucky

to have found her, so dive in."

From Healing to Creation

“I didn't know myself. I only knew my trauma and shortcomings.”

My light had been inwardly dim for many years. Sarah first came into my life three years ago and over time became a spiritual guide, a sister, and even a mother figure.

“Today, I am not the same being at all.”

Healing isn't one-and-done, but I am forever grateful for her teachings, compassion, wisdom, love, and commitment to healing the collective with her light. -Carla

Today, Carla is writing a book to tell her story.

The experiences that once defined her are becoming part of what she is here to create and share with the world.

Six months of being deeply held.

The Embodied Medicine Woman is intentionally intimate because this work asks for more than information.

It asks for relationship, practice, reflection, integration, and support while you're actually living your life.

For six months, you aren't expected to figure this out alone.

You have a place to bring the relationship that's activating you. The decision you're questioning. The old pattern you just caught yourself in. The desire you're afraid to follow. The part of you that wants to run back to what's familiar. The shame that you are feeling. The addiction that you can't quit. All of you is welcome.

This is where you practice living the work in real time.

AN INTIMATE COMMUNITY OF WOMEN
A space to be witnessed, supported, reflected, and surrounded by women walking their own path of healing, embodiment, and expression.

Hi, I'm Sarah

I'm a mother of two boys, a spiritual embodiment coach, medicine woman, and founder and Priestess of Altar of the Heart Church in Oakland, Ca.

Nine years ago, my own healing journey began with a complete nervous breakdown. I was married with two little boys and a life that looked beautiful from the outside, but I knew something inside of me wasn't okay.

Eventually, I left my marriage with two kids, very little money, and no idea what my life was going to look like next. That decision began a completely different chapter of my life.

I spent the years that followed healing, learning, rebuilding, deepening my relationship with God, and exploring consciousness and medicine. Bufo became a profound part of that journey and eventually led me to create Altar of the Heart Church, where I now hold sacramental medicine work.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I remember sitting on my couch dreaming about becoming a coach.

I knew I wanted to help women. I just had no idea what I was going to teach. Life showed me.

Over time, I began to understand that healing wasn't just about what I could uncover, understand, or experience.

It was about what I could live.

Could I take everything I had learned about love, God, worthiness, safety, freedom, and who I really am and embody it in my relationships, my motherhood, my work, my money, my choices, and the life I was creating?

That became the work I fell in love with.

And it's still the work I'm devoted to today.

The next step is yours.

If you've made it this far and something in you knows you're ready, I invite you to follow that knowing.

The Embodied Medicine Woman is a six-month commitment to your healing, embodiment, relationship with God, and the life you know you're here to live.

The first step is to apply.

Once you complete the application, you'll be taken directly to my calendar to book a private conversation with me.

We'll talk about where you are, where you want to go, what's been keeping you stuck, and whether The Embodied Medicine Woman feels like the right space for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. You just need to be willing to show up honestly for the conversation.

If you feel the knowing, follow it.

Peace, love and gratitude,

Sarah♥️
